I, Bishop C. L. Parks would like to welcome you to our sanctuary of worship. We would like you to journey through our ministry where God is able, Jesus Christ is our savior, the Holy Ghost gives flavor and where the saints of God have favor. We are Temple of Compassion and Deliverance, the headquarter church of Outstretched Hands Ministries. We started in 1988 in a storefront with 11 adults and 6 babies. God blessed us tremendously until we had to move to a little white church which was already erected at 1115 Madison Street.

God moved mightily in that place and filled it up to the point we had to purchase land and erect another building to worship. God has blessed us in our present structure, which holds 600 Christians, until we are now getting ready to go forth in another building project. This project will house approximately 1500 people with rooms and equipment that we may be able to efficiently suffice the people of God. Come and journey in worship with us as you visit the home of OSH Ministries.
